Does your service cover the entire process, including the TIE card?

Yes, our service is integral and end-to-end. We manage everything from the initial strategy and reviewing documents, through the submission and monitoring phase, to booking the final appointments (fingerprinting) necessary to obtain your physical residency card (TIE). You are covered until you hold the card in your hand.

How long will the residency process take with TN Lawyers?

We prioritize efficiency and speed. While official timelines vary (e.g., the Digital Nomad Visa can take as little as 20 working days), we guarantee prompt submission. We handle document preparation and administrative follow-up immediately to ensure no time is wasted due to bureaucracy.

What is the difference between NIE and TIE?

The NIE is just a number (your tax ID). It doesn’t prove you live here legally. The TIE is the physical plastic card with your photo that proves your legal residency status. You usually need the NIE first to get the TIE.

How are your legal fees structured, and do they cover the whole family?

We primarily work with transparent fixed fees for each specific visa process. This eliminates unexpected costs and hourly billing. Our fees can cover the simultaneous application of the main applicant, spouse, and dependent children, provided you notify us at the outset.

What support do you offer after my visa is approved?

We provide a full “Soft Landing” support package. Once you have residency, we assist you with essential follow-up steps, including registering at the Town Hall (Empadronamiento), applying for your Social Security number, obtaining your Digital Certificate, and connecting you with our Real Estate legal team for housing needs.

Can you help me if I don't speak Spanish?

Absolutely. Communication is key to our service. We provide all communication, advice, and legal explanations in clear English (or German), ensuring you understand every detail of the process without relying on complex legal jargon or translators.

How long does it take to get a visa approved?

It varies by visa type. The Digital Nomad Visa (submitted from Spain) usually takes 20 working days (under the Law of Entrepreneurs). A Non-Lucrative Visa (submitted at a consulate) can take 1–3 months. We will give you a realistic timeline during our first meeting.

Can I bring my family with me?

Yes. Most visas (like the Digital Nomad or Golden Visa) allow for simultaneous application for the main applicant and their spouse/children. We handle the entire family unit together.

I am already in Spain as a tourist. Can I apply for residency?

For some permits, like the Digital Nomad Visa or Highly Qualified Professional Visa, YES, you can apply directly from Spain. For others, like the Non-Lucrative Visa, you generally must apply from your home country. Contact us immediately to check your options before your tourist days run out.
